Vertical rod gates keep pigs from climbing and with uniform, heavy welds. Gates can be turned upside down to give twice the life. Horizontal rod gating option available.

Farmweld Nursery Gating is 30″ (762 mm) overall height with 3/4″ (19 mm) solid top and bottom rods and 1/2″ (13 mm) solid vertical rods on 2 1/2″ (64 mm) centers and is available in any length up to 12′ (3.7 m). Weighs 10 pounds per foot (4.6 kg/305 mm). Posts with 3/8″ x 4″ x 8″ (9.5 mm x 102 mm x 203 mm) steel base plates.

Farmweld Fiberbeams™ features a solid fiberglass design that provides stronger, more stable, and durable flooring supports.
The solid-filled construction leaves no gaps for rodents to infest. Unique stabilizer corners provide a full inch of vertical beam support – twice the depth of other panels. This means the support beam won’t tip over; your floor is more stable and durable. For added durability, fiberglass beam clips protect the fiberglass beam from wear and tear.
Farmweld Flooring System™ is made of state-of-the-art polypropylene to ensure long-term durability. The material provides a warm, comfortable surface for a baby or nursery pigs to eat and rest, promoting efficient growth, as well as easy and thorough cleaning to help keep pigs healthy and growing. The textured surface creates excellent traction to keep pigs safe as they move about.
Farmweld Round Water Cups reduce water and medication waste and improve feed conversion. The freshwater reservoir naturally draws pigs to the cup. So pigs drink more, earlier. And the unique design, with recessed stainless steel cup and downward positioning of the standard nipple valve, keeps water from being spilled down into the pit.
Farmweld Challenger Nursery Feeders™ accommodate delicate, newly weaned pigs and are robust enough to withstand the abuse of the largest nursery pigs. This feeder is designed for pigs from 8 pounds (3.6 kg) to 90 pounds (40 kg) with 50% more head and shoulder room than industry standards. Other features: low-rise front lip design, reinforced corners, and completely hemmed edges, fully welded 100% #304 stainless steel, and tall 30″ (762 mm) feeder height in a choice of lengths.
The Farmweld Flip-to-Clean™ allows the feeder to be rotated upside down for thorough cleaning — without the need for removing the feeder from the fence line. Feeders can be locked in two positions for cleaning and drip drying after cleaning. Cleanup crews will love how easy it is to clean and dry all angles of the feeder with the Flip-to-Clean system.
